Waltham Butternut Squash is the most popular of the butternut squashes. It has tan-yellow skin and orange fleshy pulp with a compartment of seeds in the blossom end. When ripe, it turns increasingly deep orange, and becomes sweeter and richer.
Tasting like a sweet potato. This squash is great for roasting frying, and stuffing. High in nutrients like vitamins A, C, Magnesium and Potassium.
