Romanesco Broccoli produces a lime green heads with small florets spiraling to create its stunning appearance. Planting brassica romanesco broccoli is both fun and rewarding.. a true garden favorite. Its unique and delicate flavor makes it a garden vegetable favorite. Cook romanesco steamed, grilled, salads, or stir fried.

Romanesco grows similar to a cauliflower that has thick wide stalks. The main head gets quite large and the plant can get two feet in diameter. Broccoli are heavy feeders especially romanesco variety.

Planting Seeds: How to grow-
Romanesco needs well drained soil in full sun. Prepare soil with rich organic matter plant in pots or outside in warmer areas. Broccoli needs regular watering and fertilizer. Plant 2 ft apart. Often planted for spring or fall crops.
